Fabricated metal letters, illuminated storefront signage, interior wayfinding and monument signs — cut, welded, finished and installed by our own crew in Riyadh. We work to consultant specifications, issue shop drawings for approval, and handle municipality permits where the sign needs one.
Every item below is made in our Riyadh workshop — laser cutting, CNC, folding, welding, finishing and wiring under one roof.
Brass, aluminium and stainless — laser-cut, folded and welded in-house, then brushed, polished or PVD-coated. Face-lit, halo-lit or non-illuminated, mounted on concealed standoffs so the letters float off the wall.
ACP cladding in exact RAL colours, brushed or mirror stainless, and backlit acrylic. Built on a treated aluminium sub-frame rated for 120 km/h wind load, which is what Riyadh fit-out specs ask for.
Channel letters, light boxes, neon-flex and menu boards. Modular LED at 10-30 W per square metre, so running cost stays well under traditional neon, with drivers rated for continuous outdoor duty.
A complete scheme rather than loose plates: lobby identity, floor directories, room numbers, lift plates and statutory exit marking, all on one material and type system so the building reads as one.
Ground-standing monuments and single-column pylons for compound entrances, real-estate projects, hospitals and hotels. Galvanised rust-treated steel structure clad in ACP or stainless, front or back illuminated.
Project hoarding and contractor boards built to the owner entity's own template — project name, number, consultant, contract value and duration laid out exactly as the authority requires.
We measure on site, check the fascia build-up and power availability, and confirm what the landlord or authority will approve before anything is quoted.
You get dimensioned drawings with the material schedule, fixing detail and illumination layout — the pack your consultant or landlord signs off.
We handle the Riyadh Municipality permit where the sign needs one. Budget 5-10 working days for the authority, separate from fabrication.
Cut, fold, weld, finish and wire in our own Riyadh workshop. Nothing is subcontracted, so the schedule is ours to hold.
Site installation by our own crew, then a handover pack with warranty terms and the driver and LED specifications for future maintenance.

Interior and wayfinding sets run 5-7 working days. Fabricated metal letters and illuminated storefront signage run 10-14 working days from drawing approval. Monument and pylon signs run 3-4 weeks because of the steel structure and foundation. Municipality permits, where required, add 5-10 working days and run in parallel with fabrication.
Yes. We prepare the drawings in the format the municipality accepts and submit on your behalf. Allow 5-10 working days for the authority. We will tell you at survey stage whether your sign needs a permit at all — interior signage usually does not.
Yes, and most of our fit-out work does. Send the signage package or the brand manual and we will fabricate to the stated material, finish, RAL or Pantone reference and mounting detail, and issue shop drawings for approval before cutting.
Brass, aluminium and 304/316 stainless for letters and cladding; ACP for facades; acrylic, forex, foam board and plexiglass for interior and illuminated work; galvanised steel for monument structures. Laser cutting, CNC, folding, welding, brushing, polishing and PVD coating all happen in our own Riyadh workshop.
Both. Our own installation crew works across Riyadh, and we travel for multi-site rollouts across the Kingdom. If your main contractor prefers to install, we supply with the fixing detail and a setting-out drawing.
Yes. We hold the material and colour specification so branch twelve matches branch one, and we schedule installs around each site's handover date rather than fabricating everything at once.
Share the signage package, the brand manual, or a photo of the fascia — we come back with a measured quote and a lead time you can put in the programme.
Track your order in person, or share ideas over coffee.
