FAQ — Dubai

What file formats do you accept?

STL is standard, plus OBJ, STEP, 3MF, IGES. If you have a Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Rhino file, send it — we convert it as part of the quote.

Do you offer design if I have no file?

Yes — from-scratch modelling starts at AED 200 for a simple part up to AED 800 for a detailed design. Fusion 360, Blender, ZBrush. Digital preview before printing starts.

Difference between PLA, PETG, and resin?

PLA: cheapest, eco-friendly, best for concept models. PETG: tougher, 70°C heat tolerance, functional parts. Resin: 25-micron precision, art figurines, jewellery, dental / medical.

What is your maximum print size?

Single-piece build up to 30×30×40 cm. Larger pieces are split and bonded — the seam is virtually invisible.

Do you deliver to the other emirates?

Yes — Sharjah/Ajman next day, Abu Dhabi/Al Ain two days, RAK/Fujairah 2-3 days. Freight added by volume.

What colours are available?

PLA: 12 colours (white/black/grey/red/blue/green/yellow/orange/purple/clear/gold/silver). PETG: 6 core colours. Resin: white/grey/clear/black. Hand-painted finishing for any custom colour available post-print.

What if the part breaks during use?

3D prints (PLA especially) can crack under high stress. If a part fails within 7 days due to a manufacturing fault, we reprint at our cost. If from usage stress or heat, we reprint at cost.
