A vector file with closed paths. If all you have is a picture or a PDF we can redraw it, and we will tell you that before quoting rather than after.
Yes, and it is usually worth doing. There is no tooling to pay for, so a single test piece costs very little against discovering a problem in a run of five hundred.
Precise enough that the kerf matters. If the parts have to fit together, tell us and we allow for the cut width in the file instead of leaving you with a loose joint.
In our own workshop in the UAE. We are a registered Emirati company and the work is done in-house, which is what keeps the turnaround and the quality under our control rather than a supplier’s.
Yes — a proper tax invoice with 5% UAE VAT. We also work against purchase orders for companies and government entities.

Sunday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Saturday is our day off, but WhatsApp messages are picked up and quoted the next working morning.
